Anna is the founder of Peoplepack. With years of specialized recruiting experience in the veterinary and pet industry, Anna has built a reputation for delivering top-tier talent with a process that’s efficient, personal, and rooted in genuine industry knowledge.
Her passion for animals runs deep. Anna is a lifelong horse trainer with a special love for training young Friesian-cross breeds and English riding. When she’s not working with clients or candidates, you can find her in the barn, in the saddle, or enjoying life with her human family and her beloved dog Oden and talkative parrot Charlie.
Anna’s unique blend of a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, over 20 years of recruiting and talent acquisition leadership experience, entrepreneurial drive, and a genuine connection to animals is what makes Peoplepack a trusted partner for veterinary hiring.

Tracie Shoe
Tracie is a strategic Global Talent Manager with over 12 years of staffing experience across multiple industries where she strategized to find high-performing passive talent to expand companies. No organization or industry is too small or too large for Tracie! Most of her career has been in clinical healthcare for humans and veterinary care for animals. Her passion for animals started when she was four years old with her first companion animal “snowball,” she was educated at a young age on the importance of taking care of animals. She has owned and trained pure breeds as well as rescues and believes in the “pack” way of life. When Tracie is not working, she and her husband are RVing across the country with their pack of fur babies enjoying life!
